For the many years I have spent my time in the country club, I have experienced it's food caterers shifting from Carte Blanche, Skyline, Food Express, and many more. Now, the food rendered by the club is handled by Chef Hilton, a famous chef who was once an instructor in CCA, Manila.
My hubby and I grew up eating the food at the club. And for the many years we have been, I could say that the food they have to offer now are at its best.

We started our meal with a simply shrimp kropek (childhood chips). Cooked to perfection: crispy and tasty. We also ordered lumpiang shanghai, mushroom al a jillo, and pancit canton. You could say we craved for the exciting Filipino cuisine. Upon tasting the first dish (mushrooms), it was cooked perfectly. Salty as it should be, I also tend to add pepper to spice it up (yes, I love spice). My hubby enjoyed the lumpiang shanghai, as it is one of his all-time favorite food. The lumpia had a generous amount of meat inside it, and was quite tasty as well. Last but not the least was the pancit canton. I am an avid noodle lover. This, I could say, is one of the best pancit canton I have tried. Pancit canton is common in the Philippines. However, you seldom find pancit canton that gives this specific taste that I cannot really explain.
Service is okay. Although I'd say they need more waiters cause lots of people were eating then, and there were only 3 waiters ready for service. Clean? Very. You're sure to have a safe and enjoyable meal.
If you know anyone who is a member, do find the time to ask them to sponsor you for you to try one of the best local dishes around Alabang.
