      i asked the pharmacist from watson'd. she told me that 2-3 caps a day. im thinking of having it once a day.

      Hi! Glutamax Capsule, like any other regular diet capsules, usually takes 2 weeks to see the difference. Better results if you have proper diet and exercise :) Thanks :)
