Royce, "The Real Joy of Life"

Royce Chocolate, no matter how expensive it is, is by far one of the best chocolate brands I have ever tried. Next to Sees Candies, I see Royce as one of the world's next largest chocolate companies. Classy and quite elite, I can never get enough of it. No matter how expensive or unreasonably highly priced it is, the taste of Royce chocolates is suave, smooth, creamy, and simply delectible. It is not at all coarse.

My personal favorite/s of Royce Chocolates are the Nuttybar and the Champagne flavored chocolate. Nutty Bar contains a wide selection of nuts in a single bar, ranging from pecan, cashew, macadamia and praline. You can compare the crunchiness of it's single bar to that of Nestle's Crunch, except all natural and nutty. It's not at all too sweet.  It's sweetness is just right, and having a single bar or 2 is simply not enough.

Champagne flavored chocolate bars are one of the most expensive selection of chocolates they have to offer. Nonetheless, spending around a thousand pesos for a box of those is worth every centavo. The smooth texture and sweetness is just delectible. In other words, it's not "nakakaumay" (filling or you easily get tired of it). It doesn't itch nor scratch the throat, considering the amount of cocoa it has.

A brief history of the company, Royce Chocolates was established in July 1983, with a capital of  ¥10.0 million in Hokkaido, Japan. Through the years, they began to expand and first exported their chocolates to Singapore. Today, they have exported, too, in Malaysia, Honk Kong, Thailand, and the Philippines.

If you have a sweetheart or a special someone whom you want to smile, if there is a special occasion and you don't know what else to give, if you want to treat yourself or simply spend your extra cash for something worth it, grab a box of Royce Chocolates. It is definitely worth every peso you will spend.
