Sogamiga

Sogamiga is a Koran restaurant that is located behind BMW Alabang in Madrigal. Location is quite hidden, yet it is popular in the south, especially amongst the Koreans. I myself am not a fan of Korean food. But for the past year, my hubby and I kept coming back to this restaurant. It was reccommended to us by his parents.

Wagyu Tenderbites
Sogamiga offers a wide range of free and, not to mention, unlimited appetizers. Although the appetizer selections varies on a daily basis, kimchi and egg soup is always served.

Egg Soup
They offer a wide range of meal as well. Prepared beforehand or shabu-shabu style. Our personal favorite is the wagyu tenderbites. Although quite pricey for a single purchase, there has to be a minimum of 2 orders of wagyu tenderbites in order to avail of the shabu-shabu style. Supposedly good enough for four, it's barely enough for the two of us. The mean is so juicy and is cooked to perfection with taste. Although it isn't seasoned, 2 specials sauces are prepared wherein you are to dip the meat in. My personal favorite + steamed rice = perfection

Given the chance, do try Sogamiga. It's an experience you will surely never forget.
